Mommy Resolution #11

Resolved  
to respond with compassion to my children 
no matter how small the problem seems, 
no matter how inconvenient,  
and no matter how untimely.
"As a Father shows compassion to his children, 
so The Lord shows compassion to those who fear Him."
Psalm 103:13

    What a GREAT resolution and reminder! I also try to do this with my children. It's not easy, but the fruits will be worth the effort in the end. I heard someone say one time that if you don't pay attention and show interest in the little "not-so-important" things when they're small they won't come to you with the big things when they are older. :-)

      That is EXACTLY why I wrote this resolution! Because how I respond & listen now has impact on how they will seek my help & comfort when they are older. Thank you!
