Hi! I’m Mary. I’m so glad you stopped by. This is my mommy life and I hope it blesses you in some way:-)
It all started when I met my best friend Joshua. We have been married now for 13 years. I love him more than I can say. He and I share a passion for leading worship which we do occasionally, Josh singing, leading and playing guitar, I playing the keyboard/piano.
Our family has grown a bit in our 13 years. We now have 5 children-Pellie(9), Josiah(7), Jonas(5), Petra(2) and Joseph(9 months). I’m so happy that I get to stay home and care for and teach this crew. We have homeschooled since Pellie was pre-K.
I love being a wife, mommy & teacher. There are definitely moments when I think I’m about at the end of my rope, but most of the time I love it.
My purpose for this blog is to share and record what it’s like to be a mommy “in the thick of it”. I don’t have time for blogging, nope, not at all. But I want to remember what it’s like right now. I want it to be an encouragement and I want to be able to help the young, frazzled mother who someday says to me “How did you do it? Help me. Please.”
